TATA MOTORS:

TATA ZEST:

India has confirmed the Zest will be launched on 12th August in India. The booking for Tata Zest had commenced a few days ago on Tata’s official website at an amount of INR 21,000. However, Tata Motors has also confirmed that the Bolt hatchback will be launched soon after the launch of Zest. Tata Zest will give a tough competition to Honda Amaze, Hyundai Xcent and Maruti Suzuki Swift Dzire in the same segment.

MILEAGE:
Tata Zest will be offered in four petrol and three diesel variants, and the price range is expected to fall between INR 4.5 lakhs to INR 7.6 Lakhs. The petrol version will be powered by a 1.2 litre, four-cylinder, turbocharged Revotron engine under the hood which will generate a power of  85 PS at 5000 RPM and a peak torque of 140 Nm at 1750-3000 RPM. The diesel model will come with a 1.3 litre Quadrajet motor, which can generate 90 PS power at 4000 RPM and 200 Nm torque at 1750-3000 RPM.

The reservoirs are used to store water during the time of raining season. So that the water will be used for irrigation purposes, agricultural uses and domestic usage in summer season also in the times of drought.

The dam is currently maintained by a company known as Syncrude Canada Ltd – a company responsible for oil extraction in the Athabasca Oil Sands. The dam serves as a barrage used to store tailings – or leftover slimes and residues – that appear as byproducts of the oil extraction operation.
